2. Campaign Period
The competition starts on 10 November 2025 and closes at midnight on 30 November 2025, unless otherwise extended by Webafrica.
3. Eligibility
- Open only to new customers who signed up during the competition period, with your service active before the draw, and residing in South Africa.
- Limited to the Daveyton, Etwatwa, Katlehong, Tembisa, and Thokoza areas.
- Entrant must be over the age of 18.
- Excluded: Webafrica directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, or anyone directly/indirectly employed by Webafrica (or the holding company); suppliers of goods/services for this competition; their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family; anyone who won a Webafrica competition in the last 30 days; inactive/suspended/terminated accounts.
4. How to Enter
- Sign up as a first-time, new customer for Webafrica Fibre or LTE between 10 and 30 November 2025.
- Your service needs to be active before the draw on 12 December 2025.
5. Prizes
- 1 x R10,000 grocery voucher (valid at Shoprite/Checkers).
- Non-transferable. No cash alternative.
6. Prize Allocation by Customer Type
One prize awarded via random draw to an eligible new Fibre or LTE customer meeting all criteria.
7. Winner Notification
- Draw date: 12 December 2025, overseen by an independent attorney.
- Contacted via SMS/email (account details) — 3 attempts over 5 days.
- If unreachable, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant.
- Announced on Webafrica website/social media by 12 December 2025 (post-verification).
- Must provide a valid SA ID matching the account.
- Optional consent (no penalty for decline) to feature in Webafrica marketing.
8. Privacy
All personal information handled by Webafrica (Pty) Ltd is in compliance with POPIA. Used solely for competition administration, winner selection, and prize delivery. Not shared except as required for fulfilment or by law.
