Oh no! Loadshedding is here to stay. Eskom has announced<\/a> that loadshedding will be a permanent fixture for the next two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the energy-supply issues that they have been facing for the past couple of years, it will take another 24 months<\/strong> to get the electricity provider back on its feet. This time will be used to perform the needed maintenance. Loadshedding will thus be between stage 2 and stage 3 in this period according to Eskom board chairperson, Mpho Makwana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
