Quarantine can be difficult without the internet to keep you in touch with the world. That is why we fought tooth and nail to get you various exciting promotions from some of our network partners to keep you online, with faster line speed so you can work-from-home, stream and game away the lockdown blues. This what we got you thus far:<\/span><\/p>\n

(Not on the list? Not to worry, we are still going at it and will keep negotiations open with our underlying infrastructure providers).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

CAPPED to UNCAPPED:<\/b><\/h2>\n

For all our ADSL\/Fibre Capped services, we have upgraded our customers to <\/span>Uncapped<\/b> FUP<\/span><\/a>-free for the month of April (to be revised at the end of the month, most likely to be extended to May). <\/span><\/p>\n

UNCAPPED <\/b>FUP<\/b><\/a> PACKAGES:<\/b><\/h2>\n

All OpenServe Fibre and ADSL customers on the Uncapped FUP package have been upgraded to <\/span>FUP<\/b><\/a>-free<\/b> from April until the end of May.<\/span><\/p>\n

VUMA:<\/b><\/h2>\n

Lines activated before or during the promotional period will get awesome line speed upgrades for three months! From 1 April until 30 June 2020 VUMA customers will get the following line upgrades:<\/span><\/p>\n

  •         <\/span>8Mbps & 10Mbps \u2013 Upgraded to 20Mbps<\/span><\/li>\n
  •         <\/span>20Mbps \u2013 Upgraded to 50Mbps<\/span><\/li>\n
  •         <\/span>50Mbs \u2013 Upgraded to 100Mbps<\/span><\/li>\n
  •         <\/span>100Mbps \u2013 Upgraded to 200Mbps<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    VUMA REACH:<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Vuma Reach is upgrading ALL lines from 20\/10Mbps to 40\/10Mbps from 1 April to 31 May. All orders activated during the promotional period will also be included in the promotion!<\/span><\/p>\n

    FROGFOOT:<\/b><\/h2>\n

    For THREE months, your Frogfoot line will be upgraded to help you through the lockdown period! You will thus get upgraded for April, May AND June for no extra cost if you activate your service before or during April-June! What you\u2019ll get:<\/span><\/p>\n

    •         <\/span>20Mbps \u2013 Upgraded to 50Mbps<\/span><\/li>\n

      Unfortunately, Frogfoot has informed us that the promotion is not available in Port Elizabeth, George and Century City.<\/span><\/p>\n

      SOUTH AFRICAN DIGITAL VILLAGES (SADV):<\/b><\/h2>\n

      SADV is upgrading for TWO whole months! If you are <\/span>active before or on 31 March<\/span> you will get the following between 1 April to 31 May:<\/span><\/p>\n

            You will only be eligible for this upgrade if you are <\/span>active before or on 31 March 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

            At the end of the promotion periods of each package, you have the option to stay on the upgraded speed or automatically be placed back onto your original line.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
