The customer\u00a0zone is designed to give you guys to as much access to your account information as we have ourselves, and to make your\u00a0Webafrica experience as seamless\u00a0as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Things you can to do in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webafrica.co.za\/clientarea.php\" rel=\"noopener\">Customer Zone<\/a>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Update your personal details<\/li>\n<li>Update your banking details and view all invoices<\/li>\n<li>Access the network status updates (outages updates\/ scheduled maintenance)<\/li>\n<li>View detailed breakdowns of all service type usage<\/li>\n<li>Order new services<\/li>\n<li>Move Home (well, move your internet, anyway)<\/li>\n<li>Upgrade your tech<\/li>\n<li>View any Email communication we have sent you<\/li>\n<li>Log support tickets if you need our help<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To name just a few of the super convenient functions built into your Customer Zone.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webafrica.co.za\/clientarea.php\" rel=\"noopener\">Webafrica Customer Zone<\/a>, we also created a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.webafrica.co.za\/support\/home\/\" rel=\"noopener\">support page<\/a> to supply you with all types of really helpful and detailed articles. These are based on the most\u00a0 <b>Frequently\u00a0Asked\u00a0Questions<\/b> we receive from you, our customers.<\/p>\n<p>The support articles are updated regularly to\u00a0ensure that you have a good chance of being able to solve your\u00a0issues and have your\u00a0questions answered without having to pick up the phone and waste your airtime calling us.<\/p>\n<p>To use our support page simply type in a keyword (something central to your inquiry) and you will be shown all the related articles.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Log a Support Ticket in your Customer Zone<\/h3>\n<p>1. Log in to your\u00a0 Customer Zone<\/p>\n<p>2. In the top panel, select &#8220;Support&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>3. Click on &#8220;Email Support&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>4. Choose the department you would like to submit the ticket to (this is related to your query) for example &#8220;Fibre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>5. Fill in the Query Form. You can set the urgency of your ticket, and give us as much information as you can about your issue or query.
