Thursdays with Webafrica, Ellie and Falko Fantastic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last night at First Thursdays, Cape Town, it was our great privilege to have graffiti artist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/falko1graffiti\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Falko Fantastic<\/a> do a live installation of our beloved Ellie outside of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groundartcaffe.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ground Art Caffe<\/a> in Strand street.<\/p>\n<p>The idea was an extension of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webafrica.co.za\/blog\/news\/rocket-ellie-the-webafrica-billboard-that-kept-cape-town-guessing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evolving Ellie billboard<\/a> which the beloved Cape Town street artist recently did for us on the N1.<br \/>\nIn her latest appearance \u2013 Ellie became the centre of attention at the First Thursday event at Ground Art Caffe in Strand Street, Cape Town.<\/p>\n<p>We hoisted the 12m canvas onto a scaffolding, to be rolled back and painted from top to bottom while the First Thursday crowd enjoyed the festivities, snapped photos and weather conditions \u2013 but she will be completed over the course of the weekend, and Ellie\u2019s fans can look forward to seeing her installed above Strand Street on
