Festive Season Support Hours 2018/19

With the festive season coming up we know that you need to stay connected with family and friends.

To that end, we have a dedicated support team who will be available almost every day throughout the holidays.

Please take note of the following days when our support centre will be closing a little earlier.

Festive Season Support Centre Special Hours:

16 November:    06:00 – 14:00    (Staff Function)

24 December:    10:00 – 15:00    (Christmas Eve)

25 December:    Closed              (Christmas Day)

26 December:    10:00 – 15:00    (Boxing Day / Day of Good Will)

31 December:    10:00 – 15:00    (New Years Eve)

01 January :       10:00 – 15:00    (New Year’s Day)

For the rest of the season, our support hours are from 08:00 am to 20:00 (8) pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 am to 20:00 (8) pm on Sundays.
