Capped or Uncapped – which one is best for me?
A capped data package gives you a fixed allocation of data per month, where you pay upfront for your gigs. Our capped data packages come with a free boost that doubles your data between midnight and 6am. The speed at which you can access the internet is determined by your DSL Line. Capped data has a higher quality priority on our network than Uncapped, so it’s ideal for gamers, businesses or those who just prefer better quality and value for money. You can Top-Up your capped data package with additional bandwidth if you happen to hit your cap.
An uncapped data package gives you unlimited data for a fixed monthly fee. You pay for the speed at which you access data, not the amount of data you use. Uncapped data has a lower quality priority on our network compared to Capped data, and is subject to an Acceptable Usage Policy, however it has the convenience of a set monthly fee and no extra costs.

Hi Anon. What do you find confusing?
All our packages come with the FREE download plus gigs. So if you buy a 5GB home capped package you will pay R39 per month whether you use those additional free gigs or not. It’s free so see it as a nice-to-have in case you change your sleeping patterns.

Wish you can get your billing sorted though. I have been screwed over by you guys for two months now. Interacting with your billing department is a mess. My latest enquiry has been met with “we are referring it to our developers”… Do your developers deal with unauthorised and incorrect products being billed to me every month? Also, your refunds are useless as it just means I have to hang around another month with you. Just to get screwed again.
