My Broadband released the results of its latest survey on Wednesday, revealing the percentage of consumers looking for a new broadband or ADSL ISP. Web Africa once again topped the ADSL service provider list, with the least amount of customers looking to move to a new ISP.

NPS is on the rise! Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric used to measure our customers’ satisfaction and in June, we really felt the love. We hit an all-time high of 45%. An NPS score that is positive is seen as good and anything above 40% is brilliant! June was a particularly exciting month at Web Africa, due to the launch of Home Connect, our brand new Home ADSL product. We decided to have some fun with our product launch by asking our Facebook fans and Twitter followers to guess what Webfri, everybody’s favourite little robot, had been up to in the WA Labs prior to the launch.

Yesterday MyBroadband announced the Best ADSL ISP’s in South Africa and Web Africa came out in the number one spot, again – no surprises there! Web Africa is no stranger to MyBroadband accolades, winning their People’s Choice Award for best ADSL Service in both 2006 and 2007.
