It’s been a very exciting last few weeks here at the Web Africa offices! So much has been happening; it’s hard to find a starting point.

Let’s start with something that everyone loves – saving money!

As of today, we’re cutting our prices on our Home Uncapped ADSL.

How awesome is that? The new pricing will be available on our website immediately, with our loyal customers seeing the price drop in their next invoice. We’ll be taking care of everything on our end so you can sit back and relax – we’ll adjust the pricing. No need to upgrade or downgrade, unless of course you want to

If you aren’t on one of our Home Uncapped products, not to worry – we’ll have new pricing confirmed soon for our other products. Keep your eye on our blog for more news to follow shortly.

Hi Tim

I have been with WA for the past 5 years ASP17. Been very happy. Iam not sure what has happened but your service has deteriorated significantly. In particular I find it extremely difficult to get hold of your dedicated hosting staff. I have found one of the best ways is to go through to Billing if it is during office hours and then I ask the person to call someone from dedicated to the phone. Tonight I managed to get someone by asking for ADSL support. You are first treated to a recording of the head of the section who tells you someone will deal with you shortly and that they want make your day, but then they disappoint you by making you wait forever and treat you to that extremely annoying sales pitch “do you want more gigs etc”. What idiot came up with that idea? Can we not just have music? Try it sometime from the customer side and see how irritating it becomes. I will be in Cape Town in March and I am thinking of popping along with a prepaid cell phone which I will leave with your hosting deprtment and if it rings its me. And you don’t dare leave a message for a call back. That took 2 days last time I did it. Come on Tim get it sorted out. Hire more staff or something but right now its not good enough!!!
